We had some heavy rain today, and when the heaviest rain hit it washed all kinds of leaves and sticks down the road and clogged our storm drains. Flooding ensued. It was fun to watch until I realized it was getting worse and was starting to approach the front of my house. So I had to cut the video and get out into the middle of the deepest water to unclog the storm drain. The borough should have been on top of that, as they should also have been on top of leaf collection knowing this heavy rain was coming. Instead they left piles of leaves all over town so they could be washed into the storm drains. Once I got the drain open it would make a giant whirlpool until it would get clogged again. Eventually I got the flooding to drain away and was able to keep the drain open.
