Well luckally the flood wasn't so bad in my county, the flood water didn't even reach the top of the first hill between the creek and my house

I have another problem to report. I am trying to submit some drawings onto the Art portal, But there's a problem. When I hit the submit button, It says that either the server is unavalible or that the website encountered an error. Can you fix this or is it something to do with Windows Vista? Please help me out here!
Actually, there is some far more worst floods in near Montreal then... where you live. You know that there is a lot of rivers there? Well, when the winter snow melts, all the rivers goes up more then ten feet sometimes... wich means homes in water. Good thing I don't live neer one of the rivers :P

Wadefulp. I have a problem with the Icon Upload for Flash Movies/games. Help me out with this. Every time I try to upload the icon so I can crop it, It acts As if I pressed X on the Icon Upload window. Can you fix this? Or does this have to do with Windows Vista?!
