I've just noticed something on the Gatlight. Although the grip's appearance is great, it looks rather impractical. What's it like holding it? Does it not get uncomfortable after a while?

It's not bad, but keep in mind it's a custom / art type of a deal. It wasn't made to have the best grip and feel. It's a combination of function and looks. Like those fancy bikes on Orange County Chopper, if you've ever seen that show. Some of them are really awesome looking and run well, but they aren't going to perform like a cheap sports bike. :P
