How cool was the Dark Night? Btw, 100th comment (w00t!)
ello wade, Earthshine here with lyrics to my favorite song... Earthshine
On certain nights
When the angles are right
And the moon is a slender crescent
It's circle shows
In a ghostly glow
Of earthly luminescence
Earthshine
A beacon in the night
I can raise my eyes to
Earthshine
Earthshine
A jewel out of reach
Form a dream to rise to
Earthshine
Floating high
In the evening sky
I see my faint reflection
Pale facsimile
Like what others see
When they look in my direction
Earthshine
Stretching out your hand
Full of starlit diamonds
Earthshine
Reflected light
To another's sight
And the moon tells a lover's story
My borrowed face
And my third-hand grace
Only reflect your glory
You're still out of reach
Form a dream to rise to
Earthshine
I really didn't know Heath Ledger could perform like that... I thought he was just a gay cowboy. I haven't seen too many of his movies, but I've had the impression that he's been doing some very dull roles, where he always acts the same. Sort of like Orlando Bloom.
But the Dark Knight was nothing like that, he was brilliant. I would never have recognized him if I hadn't known it was him. He wasn't being Heath Ledger, he was Joker.
I don't like the Dark Knight. :D
Wade, I couldn't agree more, TDK was a bloody fantastic movie, and I'm looking forward to seeing it again, I saw it with my friend a few weeks ago and now my dad wants to see it, so I'm up for it. Heath was absolutely EPIC in this film, I doubt there's an actor alive who can match his performance, he really portrays the Joker as totally batshit, and it's awesomesauce.
That part with the pencil trick was fucking hilarious, my friend choked on his fanta, lawl
did you delete my comment? you really ARE a bot (or a agent)
I found the Dark knight excellent. I just wish they'd have given us a better look at Two face's "Half and half" suit. Eckhart was great, Ledger was great. Bale seemed to come up in third place in my opinion.
i don't think kakashiforever likes you.
my favourate part in it is the pencil dissappearing trick trhe joker does.
Why
so
serious?
<3
Ok Wade,what's going on?You seem...Different.
And how come you only reply to some comments?
Dark Knight > any movie made in the last 10 years
that's the one part that just killed batman, the original movie that joker died excaping from prison. that killed all the others untill the new ones, and the new ledger joker is even more twisted the the real joker. they missed two important things about him though, his bright green hair and harley, his girly little helper.
I will now make this pencil....DISAPPEAR.
I wish I saw it, also can you please reply to my PM Wade?
Ledger is just one of MANY factors that made that movie great. The writters for one did an amzing job with this movie (eg. The end and in using the philsophical phrase "what happens when a unstopable force meets an unmovable ovject".
Not to mention all the actors played their parts to fit the meaning behind the movie.
Ledger just played the joker how he needed to be shown.
Joker= In your face and one step ahead
batman= shadowy and a true hero
2face= The knight in shinning armor who really is not a true hero since he can not handle and do what ever is needed to be done.
ect.
Cheers to the writers, the ever so forgoten writers.
wow. you went to chincateauge? ive been there like 3 times. it is awesome!
That movie is kick ass! I saw it a couple of weeks ago. Im SO getting the dvd when it comes out!
Grind
My friend has the same scares on her cheeks as the joker, but on the inside.
I find it pretty cool
