It's easy to make Toys in China, Animation in Korea, and Games in Japan (that are programed there but manufactured in Mexico or China).

I remember when I got into Pokemon. I didn't know anything about it and these two kids in my neighborhood who I thought at the time were my friends basically tricked me into thinking that the good cards that I had were bad, so I traded them for shitty ones thinking that I was getting better cards............. bleh =P

I must disagree with John-The-Biter, I am afraid. Blue was much better than Red, Silver was better than Gold, and I used to have Mew so he's just jealous. All he has is a worthless, holographic Charizard that he probably lost last Thursday.

I've rallied up about 30 or so of my old Kanto/Johto region cards. Ah, back in the good ol' days when Pokemon was young and innocent. Well, you might be getting them soon. And I might need to reduce the amount to fit in an envelope, but it's the thought that really counts.

When I was in the first grade, I had a red pokemon book that listed all the first 150 pokemon. It was pretty cool.

2 weeks later, my friend comes in with a green pokemon book. This one has 300 pokemon.

This was when I realized the pointlessness of these silly games. A year ago, I bought a binder of pokemon cards, including a mewtwo, for five dollars. To think, I bought some kid's entire collection that they probobly spent a long time building up, with five dollars.

I used to LOVE pokemon,I have many I no longer want.

I did some digging around, and I found 7 old pokemon cards that were given as a gift when I was a kid. I sat down on a bench next to some much older girl, and she had just come to the realization that she was too old for pokemon cards. So she gave me some.

They have absolutely no sentimental value to me (and no use either), so I might send them.

When I was in Southeast Asia a couple of years ago, Pokémon cards were everywhere! I had a really huge collection as a kid. When I look back at my collection, it makes me want to cry.

I have oh about 1000 pokemon cards and all from the original 150 none of that new crap. As well I have just as many yu-gi-oh cards all from the original packs that came out. Unfortunately a child that age could never take care of cards and they would all be broken or lost. *sigh* I know you want trash cards and to me that's what they are. They sit in an old trunk of mine and there they will stay forever so they might as well be trash.

They are very good condition so if you're interested in perhaps holding on to them and giving them to your son when he's a little older I might send them. I only say this because I'm not "planning" on having any kids but nothing happens the way you plan. I don't want to be like Steve Carrel in The '40 year old virgin' and have a bunch of toys in my house. Sorry for the painfully long message but I'm really bored.
